JCW is currently looking for a Corporate Risk VP or AVP. We are working with an international bank based in Geneva and are looking for EU candidates who have a strong background in credit risk. This is an exciting opportunity to join a strongly growing company.
Personal skills
You have around 7 years of experience as a credit officer
strong analytical and structuring skills in the area of corporate credit risk
You are fluent in English (any other language is an advantage)
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics or an equivalent degree
You have a Swiss or EU passport
You have a strong ability to identify risks in corporate or fiduciary structures as well as risk drivers, including derivative transactions (MTM impact) and understand country risks
Have strong financial analysis skills, including balance sheet, cash flow, projections
You understand ISDA / CSA and other derivative contracts
You understand investment products / WM collateral
You understand key risk-related international banking regulatory requirements
Tasks
Manage and monitor a sub-portfolio of counterparty names in RM WM EMEA.
Work closely with Lending Officers, Capital Markets Sales and Client Advisors in the front office Advisors to support controlled growth.
Handle daily Lending Value deficits by following up with Front Office Participate in work out cases.
Analyze, document and approve credit risk on structured transactions for all products (cash, derivatives) and securities
