JCW is working with a global AmLaw 100 firm with a top Corporate Law practice to hire a mid-to-senior level corporate associate for their Los Angeles office.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in complex corporate transactions
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital/emerging growth, private equity, general commercial agreements, etc.
- Knowledge of technology, healthcare, or life sciences industries is a plus
