JCW is working with an AmLaw 200 law firm with a nationally ranked Construction Law practice group to hire a construction litigation associate for its Scottsdale, AZ office.

- 3-5 years of construction litigation experience
- General litigation experience including motions and depositions, trial preparation and courtroom experience, etc.
- Experience with insurance defense construction processes ideal.
- Licensed to practice in Arizona
