Compliance Monitoring Officer – Amsterdam

As a Compliance monitoring you will conduct compliance monitoring, to provide guidance on control arrangements, execute a compliance monitoring plan, advise the business and assist with regulatory duties.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the execution of the compliance monitoring plan
• Collaborate with the compliance team to develop the compliance program
• Provide creative solutions to develop the compliance monitoring plan alongside other teams e.g. first line control, non-financial risk management, compliance team
• Advice the business on enhancement of controls 
• Assist on responses to regulatory enquiries

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a similar position within banking/wealth management/investment fund
• Knowledge of financial markets regulation such as MIFID II, MAD/MAR, EMIR, AIFMD
• Understanding of data analytics and tools
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
