JCW are currently engaged with an insurance company to recruit for a Compliance Assistant to join their team in Luxembourg. As a Compliance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with local and international regulations.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews and assessments to identify potential areas of risk and non-compliance.
- Collaborate with the Compliance Manager and cross-functional teams to provide guidance and support on compliance-related matters.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for regulatory authorities and senior management, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and assist in the implementation of necessary adjustments to policies and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in compliance within the financial or reinsurance sector, preferably in Luxembourg.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg's regulatory framework and international compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough compliance reviews.
- Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
