Commercial Credit Analyst Manager

JCW has partnered with a large commercial bank in hiring a Commercial Credit Analyst Manager. We are seeking seasoned Commercial Credit Analysts with management, underwriting and portfolio management experience. Responsibilities:

• Motivate, lead, and coordinate the day to day work flow of the commercial credit team.
• Develop and execute tactics to increase consistency and quality of the delivery by the credit team.
• Coordinate the delivery of underwriting and analytical support to ensure adherence with bank policy and procedures as well as timely and accurate processing of credit requests and renewals.
• Contribute to credit underwriting and portfolio management when needed.
• Manage a team of 7 credit analysts.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years experience credit analysis, underwriting, or portfolio management while managing a team.
• Experience with financial analysis, GAP accounting, financial modelling skills via Excel, understand enterprise M&A lending.
• Preferred: Bachelors Degree in business or related field of study.
