Our client are a leading European Asset Manager who deal in securities, real estate, and direct financing. They are currently looking for a Relationship Manager to join the team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting sales staff, maintaining prospects, and responding to client requests. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Manage client communications, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on products and services.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, discuss investment strategies, and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio managers and compliance officers, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes that may impact clients or the firm.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing client relationships within the asset management industry.
  • Proven track record of supporting sales efforts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory requirements and industry best practices preferred.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are desirable but not required.
