My client, a growing multi-faceted Franco-German group, is currently recruiting for its Group Inspection ("Inspection Générale")
Their Group Inspection is recruiting for a variety of high-stakes missions. This position gives access to individual responsibilities in a variety of strategic areas.
Through the performance of internal audit assignments in all of the Group's business lines (corporate and investment banking, asset management, private banking) and cross-functional areas, you will ensure that risks are properly controlled and that regulations are complied with both in France and internationally. In this context, you will evolve in a dynamic and human-sized team.

Your missions :
- Take charge of the realization of audit missions included in the annual audit plan by functionally supervising the internal auditors intervening on the mission;
- Provide a reliable diagnosis of the level of risk control as well as the compliance, security and efficiency of the activities and operations carried out;
- Write and ensure the consistency of the various documents of the mission, including the Audit Planning Memo, the Work Plan, and the Report with its findings and recommendations;
- Present your conclusions during the closing meetings in the presence of the auditees and the members of the Top Management;
- Ensure the follow-up of the implementation of the recommendations;
- You will also participate in the establishment of the multi-year audit plan for the entire Group.

Your Profile :
- 3 years of successful experience in internal audit, including at least 1 year in an equivalent position, as well as a mastery of the methodology and standards.
- Fluent in English and German would be a plus.
- You like to work in project mode and have a taste for functional management.
- Finally, you are a graduate of a business or engineering school, with a strong interest in banking and finance.
