Brexit Project Manager

The senior leadership is comprised of experienced consulting professionals from such firms as Mitchell Madison Group, AT Kearney, Cap Gemini, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC and E&Y.  Among our professional staff we have alumni from top-tier US schools such as Harvard, Yale, Penn, MIT and Columbia, as well as top international schools such as LSE, IIT and IIM.                       

Responsible for Project management, performing analysis as well as conducting research to uncover the insights that support our recommendations to clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Help identify and prioritize key business opportunities for clients
  • Drive program level initiatives across sites or business units at client sites
  • Plan, scope, execute and conclude projects with minimal supervision and in accordance policies and procedures
  • Participate and lead client stakeholder communications and status updates including program governance and risk mitigation
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships within the team and across the business
  • Guide the team to perform interpretation of data, scenario and impact analysis, and documentation of playbooks for Brexit project
  • Identify resource requirements with support from business partners
  • Estimate financial impact and monitor program cost
  • Forecast program performance and estimate variance to completion
  • Develop expertise and knowledge base of the business

Candidate Profile:

  • 7-10 years of Project Management experience in Insurance (carrier or broker) industry is a must
  • Experience of leading/implementing regulatory compliance and change management projects (Brexit, GDPR, Solvency 2)
  • Experience of working on BREXIT program is preferable
  • Have a sound understanding of Insurance market (general or London Market) in order to identify demand trends and patterns
  • Professional Certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP is preferred,
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to produce clear and concise factual findings supporting the reported level of assurance
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with management and team members 
  • Experience of managing team of experienced senior business analysts
  • Must have the ability to work independently and within a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects/resources simultaneously 
  • An additional European language is beneficial but not essential
