Responsibilities include:
- Managing a team within the loan operations department while validating all credit approvals, legal reporting, and documentation.
- Review proposed loan documentation required to bank standards, syndicated transactions, and market practices.
- Maintain/ complete all credit processing for memos, approvals, and reviews.
- Will have the duty to coordinate all annual reviews for attorney’s and appraisers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree qualified 6+ years of loan operations or loan administration experience within a bank.
- Strong communication and written skills.
- Managerial experience required.
