AVP - Loan Administration Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of three within the credit administration department while validating all credit approvals, legal reporting, and documentations for commercial loans.
• Review proposed loan documentation required to bank standards, syndicated transactions, and market practices.
• Maintain/ complete all credit processing for memos, approvals, and reviews.
• Will have the duty to coordinate all annual reviews for attorney’s and appraisers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 9+ years of commercial loan administration, closing, or operations experience within a bank.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Managerial experience required.
