JCW is working on behalf of a large U.S. Agricultural Company who are looking to add an insurance sales field agent who is familiar with agricultural/dairy products. Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate to the following states: Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Qualifications:
- Experience in insurance sales and account management, with expertise in Property and Casualty insurance, Workers' Compensation, health insurance, and benefits lines.
- Thorough understanding of insurance products and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Attain new business sales goals for various insurance products.
- Contribute to region-specific sales and marketing strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and performance metrics.
