Accountant - Private Equity or Real Estate

We are currently hiring for an opportunity for a international finance service provider. The client is looking for a permanent private equity or real estate Accountant to join their team of highly qualified staff within the finance and accountancy industry. You will be servicing high-end client through managing accounts, dealing with relationships, coaching juniors etc.

YOUR PURPOSE

• Managing the day-to-day accounting activities of our Luxembourgish holding companies
• Independently preparing annual accounts in accordance with LuxGaap
• Regularly preparing the necessary financial statements
• Assisting tax consulting firms in preparing VAT and tax returns
• Assisting in the preparation of board meetings
• Closely coordinating with tax experts, audit firms, and attorneys

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have at least three years of relevant experience in accounting, domiciliation, or audit in Luxembourg
• You are well-versed in LuxGaap and financial reporting procedures
• You ideally know how to prepare consolidated accounts in Excel
• You are able to provide prompt, courteous service to our clients
• You are a master of Excel
• You are at ease speaking and writing in English. French and/or German communication skills are considered assets.
