JCW are currently engaged with a global insurance firm based in Brussels to recruit for a Senior Claims Analyst. We require a French speaker with experience within Claims, Governance and Project Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support improvement initiatives and projects.
- Challenge existing processes for enhancements, aligning with regional and global priorities.
- Execute strategic initiatives for adapting to change while ensuring consistency.
- Promote a strong risk management culture.
- Implement and maintain first-line controls for key risks.
- Partner with claims teams for regulatory performance improvement.
- Support effective claims business reporting.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven project delivery and influencing skills.
- Strong grasp of claims governance, controls, and monitoring.
- Preferably experienced in change projects.
- Strong business mindset for continuous improvement.
- Comprehensive awareness of the business and regulatory environment.
- Expertise in Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
- Strong operational and process improvement background.
