Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, structure, and underwrite new and existing loan transactions from the C&I department.
- Manage a team of underwriters in the C&I lending space.
- Interact with internal loan review, audit departments, and external auditors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
- Broad credit and analytical experience in C&I and CRE lending.
- Ability to recruit, develop, and manage an underwriting team within C&I.
