This position is with a leading Investment Management firm and is on a hybrid schedule in their New York or New Jersey Office. This will require 4 days in-office.
This is an opportunity where you will play a leading role in supporting the firm’s Legal & Compliance program. Candidates must be JD qualified and have experience handling NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and Commercial Contracts. This experience is required.
Role Responsibilities:

You will be supporting and maintaining the legal program for the firm in order to mitigate any risk for the business.

Effectively handle NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and Commercial Contracts.

Draft and negotiate Commercial Contracts.
Requirements:

JD Qualified.

3+ years of experience working in Legal at a Financial Services firm or law firm with direct experience handling NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and Commercial Contracts.

Strong experience negotiating Commercial Contracts.
