(Senior) Legal Counsel

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Legal Expertise: Leverage your comprehensive understanding of Italian law to manage a diverse range of legal matters, primarily focusing on compliance, including AML and FATCA, followed by legal topics and tax aspects.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with a small team, engaging with back-office functions and sales teams. 
• Hands-On Approach: As a key player, engage in various tasks that necessitate your hands-on mentality, ensuring all legal aspects are well-addressed and aligned with business goals.
• background in banking, insurance, or consulting, ensuring you are well-versed in high-value client interactions, especially within the realm of brokers and clientele in Liechtenstein.

Requirements for Success:

• Demonstrate expertise in Italian law, with the ability to apply it effectively to our business landscape.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent Italian and English proficiency are mandatory. German language skills are advantageous.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years experience in legal roles, ideally within the banking or insurance sectors.
