Responsibilities:
- Managing entire life cycle of claims process from start to finish
- Ability to conduct investigation and provide explanation relevant to the claim
- Communicate decisions on claims and provide feedback to policyholders, claimants, and attorneys
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a claims adjuster in general liability - Must have!
- Exposure to commercial auto and property is a big plus
- Litigation process experience a plus
