Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audits of financial statements for Private Equity clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Perform detailed examinations of commercial companies' financial records, identifying potential risks and providing strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Lead and execute complex consolidation audits, examining financial data across various entities to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess internal controls, identify weaknesses, and recommend enhancements to mitigate risks.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging issues to provide proactive insights and solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
• Proven experience as a Senior Auditor with a focus on Private Equity, Commercial companies, and consolidation processes.
• In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS, LUX GAAP) and familiarity with Luxembourg regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Fluent French & English speaking and writing.
