Senior Auditor- Risk/ ERM

JCW is currently working on behalf of a leading financial services firm based in Little Rocks that's heavily investing in the expansion third line of defense and is looking to hire a Staff/ Senior Auditor to join their Internal Audit team. As a Senior Auditor, you will collaborate with global business process owners and work on improving projects. This role will be 3 days a week in office and 2 day from home.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform branch financial, operational and compliance audits of the Bank
• Prevent and detect fraud
• Prepare comprehensive workpapers for each area audited, including detailed process narratives

Minimum requirements

• Bachelors degree required in a business related field (accounting, finance, etc)
• A minimum of 1 year of complex internal audit experience
• Desire to work in a high-growth and dynamic environment
