You will manage the full project lifecycle, working with the division to initiate, define and deliver business facing IT projects and new services that comply with the agreed project processes and standards to deliver both the user and business needs and objectives.* A passion for Service Improvement you will ideally have a service management background* Service Delivery Manager certified qualification* ITIL Foundation Qualified* Excellent leadership and people management skills* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Excellent customer facing/customer service skills* Excellent organisational skills* Able to manage sensitive and confidential information* Self-motivation and able to take responsibility* Able to manage and prioritise and tasks and time efficiently* Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
