We are seeking seasoned loan officers with strong knowledge of the healthcare market, specifically senior assisted living and skilled nursing in New York, NY. Responsibilities:
- Develop and solicit new business opportunities.
- Maintain close customer contact to ensure continued premium service, cross sell other bank products, or anticipate additional financing.
- Negotiate, price, and structure credit facilities in line with the banks policies and procedures to then prepare credit packages for approval.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance or other relevant field of study.
- 10+ years related commercial credit experience, lending, analysis, management, etc.
- Knowledge of credit underwriting, basic accounting, and loan documentation.
