Loan Administration Officer

JCW has partnered with a fast-growing corporate bank in their search for Senior Loan Administrator. This company is almost $8 bil in assets and continue to expand their lending presence in the U.S. and international markets. The position is based in downtown LA and we’re searching for candidates with experience in the pre & posting closing process. Responsibilities include:

• Review proposed commercial loan documentation required to bank standards, syndicated transactions, and market practices.
• Monitoring/ reporting credit and collateral for CSA reports.
• Maintain credit admin files that include credit reviews, appraisals, and insurance monitoring.
• Will be preparing the loan portfolio and validation report for the head office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of commercial loan administration, closing, or operations experience within a bank.
• Strong communication and written skills.
