Investment Operations Associate

JCW is currently hiring an Investment Operations Associate for an established global asset management company in New York City. This company is currently sitting at $165 billion in assets under management and is looking for an associate to report directly into the assistant vice president. Responsibilities:

• Look after aspects of loan agency function and investment activities, including; outside stakeholder reporting and communication with banks, rating agencies, co investors, auditors, or other parties. Assist in production, tracking, and monitoring for all leveraged facilities (covenant, concentration, and collateral quality testing.)
• Key point of contact for private lending deal execution efforts, including; assisting in cash management and liquidity planning, funding and transaction settlements, ensure reporting accuracy for deal funding, asset set up, and investment monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with investment teams, Portfolio Construction & Risk Management, Marketing, Client Relations, Legal, Compliance, ESG research analysts, and service providers to enhance ESG processes for scalability, efficacy and investment impact.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience as an investment operations analyst or other relevant experience in private credit or fixed income and operations.
• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance is preferred with a proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multi task, stay organized, and adapt to varying deadlines in a fast paced environment.
