Investment Advisory Analyst (Madrid)

Role Responsibilities:

• Support the Investment Advisory team in diverse investment counseling activities.
• Assist in the preparation of asset allocation balance sheets.
• Deliver investment advice to clients and respond to inquiries.
• Conduct research on investment topics and products, evaluating their suitability.
• Prepare investment materials for pension plans and client communication.

Key Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or master's degree from a leading university in a quantitative, finance, or economics discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience with investment consulting or wealth management firms.
• RDR Level 4 compliance is essential.
• Strong understanding of investments, asset allocation, and enthusiasm for financial planning.
• Pursuit of CFA, CAIA, or CFP designation is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative skills is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• International mindset, ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to integrity and confidentiality when dealing with clients.
• Fluent in English, and ideally either French or Italian (C2 level)
