They are looking for a Head of Project Development to take the initiative and to contribute to society as a whole
Building a high-performance development team for wind and solar projects
Management of the team from securing the area to construction readiness
You coordinate and keep track of all project-relevant milestones - fromtechnical planning to commissioning to any necessary rework
You support our teams in day-to-day operational business
Systematic review, evaluation and prioritization of projects
Moreover, responsibility for approval, progress and profitability
Supporting the project developers in presentations to political committees, authorities and citizens
Overall responsibility for project schedules and budgets
In addition, monitoring the profitability and risks of the project pipeline
Additionally, contribution of expertise and experience for well-founded decisions
Designing the interfaces of project development with the area acquisition team and the planning & technology team
At least 5 years of professional experience in solar and/or wind project development with proven success in obtaining approvals.
Successful team leadership for at least 2 years.
Completed studies in engineering, renewable energies, geography, urban/spatial/environmental/landscape planning or similar.
Deep understanding of the legal and technical context of solar and wind projects.
Open and constructive discussions, especially in the management team, always for the good of the company.
