JCW are working with a wealth specialist- searching for a Head of Legal to join the team- reporting to the COO. You will also be the secretary of the board,and will attend board meetings regularly.
Your profile:
You will have a main work-place based in Schwyz with travel once a week to Zurich.
Your profile:
- Swiss law degree (Bar exam is a plus)
- Banking legal experience, ideally some knowledge of funds or wealth management too.
- 5-10 years of legal experience.
- Experience working with board members, and on a wide range of legal issues.
- To handle all legal matters- contracts with providers and banking issues mainly.
- To attend board meetings whilst writing the protocols and exchanging with board members.
- Work independently within legal- reporting to the COO.
You will have a main work-place based in Schwyz with travel once a week to Zurich.
