- The manager will be responsible for overseeing Deposit, Branch, and Loan/Retail operations throughout the bank.
- Will be leading contact and evaluations for main vendors. This includes: contract negotiations, performance expansion, and potential renewals.
- Innovate and support new methods of payment through digital workflow.
- Provide and maximize optimal performance to customers’ expectations.
- Required to train new and existing team members.
- BA qualified with 8+ years’ experience within vendor management and bank operations.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Managerial experience leading and building teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
