Position: Financial Accounting Team Lead
Salary: 110,000 - 135,000 CHF per annum

My client is a dynamic and innovative healthcare organization that's reshaping the future of healthcare in Switzerland. They are expanding their team and looking for an experienced and committed Accounting Team Lead to join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of approximately six financial accounting professionals.
• Ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day accounting operations.
• Supervise and coordinate the preparation of monthly interim and annual financial statements in accordance with OR and Swiss GAAP FER standards, specifically for hospitals in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Foster close collaboration with clinic management, the controlling department, invoicing, and payroll teams to facilitate efficient information exchange and smooth cooperation.
• Drive process enhancements and automation within the financial accounting function.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.

Requirements:

• Ideally, possess a foundational commercial education complemented by relevant further education (e.g., a higher technical college of economics or a Certificate in Finance and Accounting/Fiduciary) or hold a university-level degree in Finance & Controlling.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach and possess several years of managerial experience in financial accounting.
• Proficiency in at least C1-level German and B2-level French (or vice versa).
• Experience in a similar industry is preferable but not essential.
