My client is the foremost industry association for health insurers in Switzerland, serving as their advocate when dealing with authorities, negotiation partners, and the general public.
The Finance & Controlling division within my client's Services department plays a pivotal role in supporting the entire organization, and they are looking to add to their team immediately or by appointment.
Position: Finance & Controlling Specialist (60-80%)
Salary: 100,000 - 110,000 CHF per annum
- Prepare interim and annual financial statements, including consolidation for the entire group.
- Develop, comment on, and provide explanations for relevant financial governance information necessary for managing assigned mandates.
- Manage and provide support to specialists in day-to-day business operations.
- Take responsibility for accurate VAT accounting and assist with specific VAT-related inquiries.
- We value your ability to collaborate effectively with the team and enjoy working together.
- You should have confidence and independence in handling financial statements and VAT matters.
- Proficiency as an advanced user of Excel and Abacus tools. Familiarity with Rimo5 is a plus.
- Proficiency in German is required, and a B1 level of knowledge in written and oral French is preferred.
- You must have completed further training as a finance and accounting specialist (or equivalent) and possess several years of professional experience.
