Responsibilities:
- Provide loan proposal, underwriting, and risk evaluations for CRE loans.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers while working with originators.
- Improve the overall credit quality of the bank’s portfolio.
- Will oversee handling of the clients transaction which include: wire transfers, advances, payments, etc.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial underwriting or portfolio management experience in commercial real estate.
- Finance related Bachelors degree.
- Good team communication and tech skills.
- nCino experience a plus but not required.
