Compliance Officer

We're currently recruiting for a Compliance Officer on behalf of a leading Asset Manager in Luxembourg. Reporting into the current Chief Risk & Chief Compliance Officer, this person will be joining with a view to take over as Permanent Compliance Officer and point of contact with the CSSF in the next 6-9 months. Experience Required:

• Established experience as a Compliance Officer in Luxembourg, specifically for UCITS/Alternative Funds
• Strong knowledge of AIFs is preferred, particularly Real Estate & Private Equity
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements in Luxembourg, especially AIFMD. MIFID knowledge would be advantageous
• Strong AML knowledge. AML knowledge of the Tax space would be advantageous.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of compliance monitoring
• Any experience in ESG or Renewables would be a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English. Any additional European languages is beneficial.
