JCW has partnered with a bank in Reston, VA, in hiring a Commercial Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate would have experience expanding relationships and driving new C&I business. Responsibilities:
- Develop new loan business with both new and established clients, collaborating with the Commercial Portfolio Manager and Small Business Lending Unit.
- Increase deposit production and sales.
- Ensure portfolio growth by partnering with the Commercial Portfolio Manager to monitor loan delinquencies and proactively address potential issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial lending environment.
- Proven knowledge of credit and lending fundamentals and principles.
- Demonstrated success in business development.
- Analytical skills to address diverse and unique situations, considering alternative courses of action.
