Claims Operation Manager - Phoenix AZ

JCW is currently working with a large fortune 500 financial services company that's looking to add a Claims Manager. In this role, you will be managing and accountable for claims operations employees who are investigating, evaluating and negotiating the claims.
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and reviewing the quality of claim files and providing feedback to employees
- Identifying and managing potential emerging and current risks and ensuring they're effectively monitored and controlled
- Hire, develop and coach employees in the claims area
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of 3rd party injury claims experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Complex auto, complex homeowner injury, or umbrella claims are a big plus
