Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Our client in Switzerland are currently seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Manager to develop and implement a company-wide security strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape the security landscape of an established business, ensuring the protection of critical infrastructure and leading the charge in safeguarding sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy
• Develop the Security system in line with ISO 27001 standards.
• Create and maintain incident response plans to ensure swift and effective action in case of security breaches.
• Analyze and monitor information security requirements
• Be responsible for conducting risk assessments, and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures.
• Lead a team of internal and external staff, while conducting regular security audits and awareness training.

Experience Required:

• Relevant degree with additional training in information security (e.g., CAS/MAS, CISSP, CISM).
• Strong knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) and experience with IT security (in ICS, OT, SCADA).
• Several years of experience in information security, preferably with ISO 27001, and familiarity with standards like NIST CSF, ICT minimum standard, IEC 62443.
• Good project management skills and excellent communication
• Fluent in German with good command of English.
