JCW are searching for a senior legal specialist to work as Capital Markets & Finance Counsel- you will need to have significant Capital Markets, and ideally Corporate Finance Legal experience. You will be joining a global organisation as part of their team.

You will be expected to work alongside the wider legal team for broader legal matters.The position reports directly to the Deputy General Counsel. 

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years focused on Capital Markets & Corporate Finance law.
  • Swiss Bar qualified or equivalent. 
  • A desire to work in a senior specialist position.
