Key Responsibilities:

• Claims Processing: Take ownership of your own claims portfolio, ensuring the thorough processing of claims received via mail.

• Execution of Payments: Oversee the timely and accurate execution of claim payments.

• Reporting: Generate internal and external reports related to claims processing and payment status.

• Data Optimization: Continuously work on optimizing data delivery processes to enhance efficiency.

• Correspondence: Handle all correspondence with claim participants, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Customer Contact: Maintain regular customer contact to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Experience Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Insurance Expertise: Prior experience as a Claims Manager at a pension or life insurance company, or in a related advisory or implementing organization.

• Educational Background: A degree equivalent to HBO level, complemented by WFT Basis and WFT Inkomen certifications.

• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in claims management.

• Language Skills: Exceptional command of both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

• Personal Qualities: Display empathy, customer orientation, innovation, and strong teamwork skills.
