Audit Manager

They are looking to bring in an Audit Manager to join their Miami office, 2-3 days a week, who would be responsible for assisting upper management on the full audit cycle, with a focus on operational audits. Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting the Senior Manager/Director – Risk Advisory & Assurance Services in properly managing the respective department
• Provide input in developing the annual audit plan for the respective company based on key risk assessment areas
• Manage, supervise and/or perform independent reviews and evaluations of all operations and activities
• Review adequacy of internal controls
• Assist with annual review of design of the SOX 404 compliance program and validate results
• Ensure that Risk Advisory & Assurance Services methodology and integral quality standards are adhered to for full audit cycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 6+ years' experience in Public Accounting, Management/Consulting firm, or large internal audit department
• CIA or CPA preferred
