JCW are currently working together with a leading re/insurance firm in the search for a Agriculture Risk Modeller to be based in Zurich.

For this position, we are searching for experienced candidates with the following background:
- University degree in agronomy, climatology/meteorology, environmental sciences, physics, maths, or similar quantitative subject
- A track record in pricing or underwriting specialty lines, agricultural risk modelling or natural catastrophe modelling
- Relevant years of work experience
- Excellent quantitative skills and experience with meteorological and/or agricultural data globally
- Powerful programming skills in R/R shiny or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English
