AG Insurance Sales Field Agent

JCW is working on behalf of a large U.S. Agricultural Company who are looking to add an insurance sales field agent who is familiar with Property and Casualty insurance products. Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate to the following states: Illinois, Michigan, Iowa, Wisconsin, Indiana, Minnesota, Eastern Missouri or Western Pennsylvania.

Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance sales and account management, with expertise in Property and Casualty insurance, Workers' Compensation, health insurance, and benefits lines.
• Thorough understanding of insurance products and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Attain new business sales goals for various insurance products.
• Contribute to region-specific sales and marketing strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and performance metrics.
• Stay informed about legislative and regulatory changes affecting insurance.
