- Completed commercial training with professional experience in accounts receivable.
- Confident handling of SAP FI is an advantage
- German and English language
Your tasks:
- Booking and checking of incoming debtor payments for our companies in Austria, Germany and Switzerland
- Processing of payment transactions / direct debits
- Posting of banks, maintenance of bank sub-accounts
- Clarification and adjustment of open debit items incl. maintenance of customer master data
- Contact person for customers with questions regarding reminders and payments
- Clarification of accounting issues with the customer service, sales and logistics departments
