She started at JCW Group in 2022 and has worked to keep up to date on the current market trends as well as expand her network with the top talent for hiring managers.

Hailey manages the candidate journey from the first contact to staying in touch post placement. She also works alongside employers to make sure their needs are being met and makes sure she is bringing them the top talent in the market.
