Her focus is keeping on top of current patterns and trends across all markets and building a network of top talent and hiring managers who are working on the most sought-after projects.

Her favorite part of the job is managing the candidate's journey from the first contact through to post placement care and guiding employers with the expertise required to distinguish themselves from the competition to attract top talent and to keep them.
