Aasha Anam
Head of Talent Acquisition

Aasha heads up the Global Talent Acquistion team for JCW Group and also providing support, training and management for other Portfolio companies’ Talent Acquisition functions.
Her team is predominantly focussed on Associate level hiring, strategic Experienced hires and Operational roles.
Aasha previously hired, built and trained a successful team responsible for 150+ hires across multiple functions and locations. She started her Recruitment career back in 2014 as a 360 Consultant before moving across to Talent Acquisition in 2018.
Aasha also heads up our Employee Diversity Council and Women in Recruitment Group.
