We hold personal information on you when you send in your CV and communicate with us as a business, the information including but not limited to; name, address, email, employment details.

Should we successfully place you with one of our clients, then we may come to hold further information on you, including but not limited to bank details, right to work confirmation, employment reference.  This information will be held only at the clients’ request, and will only be accessed by a very small number of JCW employees.  We may also record and store any telephone calls that you make to us for quality control purposes and record keeping.

Your information will only ever be shared by our employees with third parties who are potentially interested in engaging your services as a candidate.  Should you object to us sharing any information about you, then please inform us accordingly through info@jcwsearch.co.uk.

All data is held secure on firewall-protected databases, with paper-based information only accessible to employees that require access and always securely stored and destroyed where relevant.
