JCW operates a candidate referral scheme: If you introduce a candidate to us that we have no prior knowledge of, and we then go on to successfully introduce that candidate to one of our clients (successful introduction defined as the candidate commencing to work for our client following a recruitment process managed by JCW), then you will be eligible for a referral fee.
We pay candidate referral fees in the form of a choice of vouchers, and the amount depends on the seniority of the candidate that you introduce to us.
Candidates seeking permanent employment:
If below Senior Manager / VP level = $400
All other levels (more senior than above) = $900
Referral fees for permanent candidates will be paid 3 months after starting their new role (presuming they are still working in the same role)
Candidates seeking contract roles:
All contractor introductions (subject to minimum qualification criteria) = $400
Referral fees for contract candidates will be paid 6 weeks after starting their new role (presuming they are still working in the same role)
